Cancellation & Refund Policy

At June Three, every product is thoughtfully packed and shipped with care. Please review our cancellation and refund guidelines below:
Cancellation Policy:
- We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
- If you wish to cancel or modify your order before dispatch, please email us immediately at contact.junethree@gmail.com or DM on Instagram. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Refund Policy:
- Refund requests can be made within 2 working days of delivery, and only under valid circumstances such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- To request a refund, please write to contact.junethree@gmail.com or DM on Instagram with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment within 10 working days.
Please Note:
- Products must be unused, and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- As our products are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are natural and not eligible for return or exchange.
